Consultant in paediatric allergy at Addenbrooke's Hospital since 2002, Andrew maintains a government-funded research portfolio covering both paediatric and adult allergy. Alongside Dr Pamela Ewan, he directed the successful Phase 1 and 2 trials in peanut oral immunotherapy that led to Camallergy's establishment.

A leading UK allergist and former head of the Allergy Department in Cambridge. Pamela founded the allergy research programme at Cambridge University Hospitals in 1988 alongside the clinical allergy service, now among the UK's largest. With twenty years of nut allergy research, she has advanced understanding of the condition and improved patient outcomes, collaborating with Dr Andrew Clark on the peanut allergy desensitisation programme.

Zaraquiza is the lead consultant paediatric allergist at Addenbrooke's Hospital. She trained in Dundee, London and Southampton. Her clinical interests include children with complex food allergies, and her clinical research has included a multicentre study of sublingual immunotherapy for the primary prevention of allergy in infants.

Shelley is a Consultant in Adult Allergy at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. After qualifying in medicine from the University of Edinburgh, she completed her medical and specialist training in London and Cambridge and received a PhD from the University of Cambridge. Shelley was a lead investigator on the TRACE study which explored how exercise and sleep deprivation influence the threshold and severity of peanut allergic reactions. Her key interests include food allergy, anaphylaxis, and allergen risk management.
