We believe in being upfront about costs. Below you'll find our complete fee schedule, with no hidden charges. We want you to make an informed decision about your care.
Our fees reflect the specialist expertise, time, and care that goes into every consultation and treatment.
Fees correct as of 1 July 2026. Fees may change from time to time for future bookings. The fee confirmed when you book will apply to your appointment.
The programme includes the complete updosing phase, followed by maintenance dosing for the remainder of the first year.
After completing the programme, patients may continue using maintenance products. The typical pathway is a further one year of daily maintenance, followed by weekly maintenance. These products are charged separately.
Prices include the prescription, dispensing and standard UK postage.
We believe in complete transparency. The fees listed here are our full charges. The one possible extra is external laboratory processing for a blood test, if one is needed - these charges are set by the accredited laboratory, not by us, and we pass them on at cost with no mark-up. As a guide they're currently around £250 to £350, depending on how many allergens are tested. We'll always confirm the exact figure with you before any test.
Skin prick testing is included at no additional charge when performed as part of your initial allergy assessment. If required as a standalone test, a small charge applies for the test reagents used.
Consultation fees may be paid by debit card, credit card or bank transfer. OIT programme fees are payable by bank transfer or secure bank payment link. Please speak with us about any payment concerns.
Some medical insurance policies cover specialist allergy consultations. We recommend checking with your insurer before booking. We can provide the documentation needed for insurance claims.
